Our University® is an affordable Learning Management System (LMS), customized for your company.
This easy-to-use, SCORM-compliant LMS is accessible by your employees from your own Website. Our University® integrates with CallTrack® call tracking, Telephone Performance Analysis®, and Level 4® Training content. Courses are assigned to each employee by job position. Each employee has a My Training page, listing all required or recommended classes and required completion dates. Classes launch with the click of a mouse and include pre and post-training examinations. The system notifies management whenever completion deadlines are missed.
